We want your party day to be stress-free and full of smiles! Here's everything you need to know before booking with Bouncin' With Bri.
What to Expect
- A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable booking deposit are required to reserve your event date.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event.
- Until our business banking is complete, payments are accepted through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check.
- Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
- We proudly serve families throughout Western New York.
- Travel within 15 miles of our home base is included.
- Events outside of 15 miles may be subject to a travel fee based on distance.
- We'll always discuss any travel fee before booking so there are no surprises.
- Your safety is always our top priority.
- If severe weather makes it unsafe to setup or operate inflatables, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
- Light rain or passing showers may not require cancellation, but weather decisions will be made with safety in mind.
- Zumbini activities may be able to continue under covered areas if appropriate.
- Bounce houses cannot be operated during high winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather conditions.
To help ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that:
- Setup area is clean and free of debris and pet waste.
- Adequate space is available for the equipment being rented.
- Electrical access is available within a reasonable distance.
- For water slide rentals, access to a working outdoor water spigot is required. We can provide hoses if needed.
- Please notify us of any slopes, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or obstacles before setup.
- Booking deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule due to illness or weather, we will do our best to accommodate another available date.
- Cancellations made shortly before an event may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise discussed.
For everyone's safety:
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Follow all posted bounce house safety rules.
- No shoes inside inflatables.
- No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside inflatable equipment.
- Children should be grouped by similar size whenever possible.
- Rough play, flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to stop activities if safety rules are not being followed.
To help your event run smoothly:
- Setup generally takes approximately 30–60 minutes but may require additional time depending on your package and add-ons.
- Please ensure the setup area is accessible before our arrival.
- Breakdown typically takes 30–60 minutes after the event concludes.
- We ask that guests stay clear of equipment during setup and teardown.
